S.TA.L.K.E.R. Call of Chernobyl là một bản chỉnh sửa lớn của bản Call of Pripyat để chơi tự do (freeplay) được thực hiện bởi nhóm TeamEPIC.

S.TA.L.K.E.R. Call of Chernobyl is a freeplay overhaul of Call of Pripyat created by TeamEPIC. It features 32 maps from the three STALKER games, alife on over 400 smart terrains, optimized and enhanced script-side engine, enhanced Artifical Intelligence, new game faction selection, dynamic tasks, extended moddablilty and debugging features, and direct compatibility with Open X-Ray.
As a sandbox, there is no story, but there are about a dozen repeatable dynamic tasks available throughout the Zone. The mod is intended as both a modder's resource and a standalone playable experience.
